About Me
A quality management & business improvement specialist with 40 years of experience gained in manufacturing, education, training, consulting, researching and supervising.

Having retired early from full-time academic life, I am available for short-term projects & contract work as a quality or business improvement auditor, trainer, consultant or advisor.
I am dedicated to driving continuous improvement and operational excellence in organizations. My expertise lies in developing and implementing effective quality management systems and systems of process measurement, control and improvement that elevate performance and drive sustainable growth.
